About Tomas Chatila

Tomas Chatila is a 27-year-old international sales trainer, consultant, and speaker with a proven track record of empowering people to succeed in fast-changing environments. Half Lithuanian and half Lebanese, Tomas grew up across multiple cultures. Spending his childhood in Saudi Arabia, early years in Lebanon, and later completing his higher education in the United States.

Born to a Lithuanian mother and a Lebanese father, Tomas grew up in Saudi Arabia before pursuing higher education in the United States. He earned his (BA) Business Management degree at Seattle University and an Associate of Business degree from Seattle Central College, where he also completed his high school diploma. His early life and career reflect his multicultural background, linguistic versatility (English, Arabic, Lithuanian), and international adaptability.

From an early age, Tomas developed a passion for learning and leadership. By age 14, he had already begun a personal mission to read more than 100 books on business, psychology, consulting, and philosophy. This hunger for knowledge laid the foundation for the Rapid Mindset, a personal framework he created to challenge the traditional growth vs. fixed mindset models.

Seattle, USA: Where the Leadership Story Began

Born and raised in a multicultural environment, Tomas’s formative years were shaped in Seattle, Washington. A city known for innovation, diversity, and entrepreneurial spirit. It was here that he pursued his academic journey, completing his High School Diploma, Associate of Business, and Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

While studying, Tomas quickly distinguished himself not only as a student but as a leader. He was elected President of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society (PTK), one of the most prestigious academic honor societies in the United States.

Transforming an Honor Society Into a Thriving Community:

At PTK, Tomas increased chapter membership by 215% (from 20 to 60 active weekly members), implementing a competitive personal development program that introduced awards, recognition certificates, and structured leadership opportunities.

His initiatives included:
  • Creating awareness campaigns that elevated the profile of PTK across campus.
  • Designing leadership pathways that encouraged members to take on responsibility.
  • Launching recognition systems that boosted engagement and retention.

As a result, Tomas’s chapter became one of the most active in the Northwest Region. His leadership was recognized with nominations for the Distinguished Chapter Officer Award and the First Place Officer Award, making him a special  honoree in his category.

The First Breakthrough: Micro Focus in Spain

After graduation, Tomas moved to Barcelona, Spain, where he joined Micro Focus, a global leader in cybersecurity software, as a Business Development Representative in Cyber Resilience. This role marked his transition from student leadership into corporate business, and Tomas wasted no time proving his capabilities.

Key Achievements:

He increased lead generation by 400%, scaling from 3 to 50 monthly leads through the creation of an advanced Excel-based visualization system that connected formulas, dashboards, and incoming client data. His system didn’t just support his own work,  it was later adopted to support team-wide performance tracking.

Beyond numbers, Tomas became known for his mentorship and team support. He assisted the Inside Sales Manager by building reporting frameworks, trained new sales hires on Salesforce and cold-calling strategies, and worked across the UK, Middle East, and African markets.

This period revealed Tomas’s unique strength: the ability to combine data-driven thinking with motivational leadership, a blend that would later define his career.

Teltonika Networks: Bridging Technology and Business

Tomas’s next step took him to Vilnius, Lithuania, where he joined Teltonika Networks, a fast-growing global provider of industrial networking solutions. As a Sales Manager for Networking and Industrial IoT, he worked directly with top-tier clients in energy, telecom, government, and smart city projects.

In just under a year, Tomas:
  • Made over 4,000 cold calls and delivered 200+ executive-level presentations.
  • Built strategic partnerships with resellers, integrators, and large enterprises.
  • Developed a core pipeline of Balkan-region projects, positioning Teltonika for regional growth.
  • Collaborated with engineers to deliver tailored technical solutions for enterprise clients, bridging the gap between advanced networking technology and real-world business needs.
His success at Teltonika highlighted his growing reputation as a trusted business advisor, someone who could sit with both engineers and executives and make complex technology solutions understandable, valuable, and actionable.

Stepping Into the World’s Fastest-Growing Market

In 2023, Tomas entered one of the most significant stages of his career by joining Deloitte in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as a Consultant in Cyber Cloud (Risk Advisory, Financial Services Industry). Deloitte, recognized as one of the Big Four global consulting firms, placed Tomas at the center of digital transformation in the Middle East.
